The refreshed A.C. Moore mobile app transformed the brand’s rewards program into a more cohesive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experience. By simplifying navigation, modernizing the visual identity, and connecting rewards, personalized offers, store information, and promotional content within one platform, the redesign created a stronger bridge between the in-store and mobile customer journey.
The relaunch generated more than 15,000 downloads within its first four days over five times the industry average. Beyond the initial response, the project demonstrated how strategic UX design, branded storytelling, and a clearly defined loyalty experience could strengthen engagement, increase app adoption, and give customers more reasons to return, explore, and shop.
